Water Factory Systems Under Sink Reverse Osmosis Replacement Cartridges are a series of replacement cartridges containing either carbon or a semi-permeable membrane for our under sink reverse osmosis systems. These replacement cartridges work together to reduce impurities from potable water, providing cleaner, clearer drinking water.

Water Factory Systems Under Sink Reverse Osmosis Replacement Cartridges provide a Sanitary Quick Change (SQC) design that makes cartridge change-outs simple – just a quarter turn of the cartridge to remove and replace. Older and potentially competitive systems may require the user to directly touch spent filter material and other contaminated surfaces during cartridge or membrane change-out. Our Sanitary Quick Change (SQC) design allows you to easily change out and replace the encapsulated media cartridges with a simple quarter turn without touching the spent filter media or contaminated water. The Water Factory Systems Under Sink Reverse Osmosis Replacement Cartridges, working together as part of a system, are capable of reducing many contaminants from your drinking water. Reverse osmosis is a water filtration method that filters impurities by forcing water through a semi-permeable (or porous) membrane. The dissolved particulate is then held on the pressurized side of the membrane allowing the clean water to pass to the other side. Unwanted contaminants are flushed down the drain leaving users with cleaner, clearer drinking water. Contaminant reduction claims vary depending on system model. For specific contaminant reduction information, please refer to the Performance Data Sheets for each product. *Surfaces that are in contact with water are FDA CFR-21 compliant* **Specific models listed by NSF for identified contaminant reduction are SQC 3 and SQC 4. SQC Pro is only listed by NSF for chlorine taste and odor, particulate and TDS. The State of Iowa does not recognize chlorine taste and odor as a contaminant.
